So here are a few of my favourite shots from the wedding yesterday. Mike and Caroline’s day was wonderful and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The venue Cambridge Cottage in Kew gardens is amazing and I have to say a massive thank you to Ruth and Paul for being so helpful.
I have a fantastic wedding coming up in November. My friend Shireen will be marrying her lovely fiance Jon. They want some really creative photos done and while I was in Devon we all met up to brainstorm and discuss what they wanted from their photographs and also get some pre-wedding shots done. These are a couple of my favourites. I can not wait for this wedding :)
So while I was in Devon my cousin became Mrs Hannah Waterhouse when she married the lovely Martin. It was a fantastic day and I got some wonderful photographs. It also gave me a learning opportunity with a chance to talk to their wedding photographer Matt Spracklen. You can see his work here http://www.mattspracklenphotography.com/ So here are some of my favourite shots.
I recently work with a kid called Pippo. He is also known as Peaky he is a wonderful artist and an absolute pleasure to work with. You can check out his work here http://soundcloud.com/peaky We have also got another shoot lined up for next weekend.
So a lot to catch up on…..
I have been on holiday for a few weeks and a lot inbetween. I missed London immensely though, I relocated my love for this city while I was away although getting away was also fantastic.
I went to Portugal and Devon visiting family and relaxing so I was ready to throw myself fully into my photography and what a cracking start. I was at the wedding of Mike and Caroline yesterday at Cambridge Cottage in Kew gardens (an amazing venue) I also have a fantastic new camera the Nikon D7000 which is making a massive difference to my work and my confidence. So anyway enough chat and more pictures. Enjoy :)

So the past couple of weeks have been pretty nuts.
Did some work for a fantastic children’s boutique in Earlsfield called Sienna loves Kai, Check out their website at www.siennaloveskai.com.
Also attended the Limelight Film Awards at the Troxy Theatre last thursday will post some photos. I was asked to accompany an amazing film director called Bivas Ambasada. He works with a company called Youthanasia films and they make beautifully shot films that tell it how it is in life, the good and the bad! Check out their you tube page http://www.youtube.com/user/Youthanasiafilms ‘His’story’ is a must see and ‘The Mind State’ was the film that was up for the freefall award. The whole night was so much fun and I am really looking forward to working with these guys again.
This week has been hectic, the girls have a project due in on monday about bridges Amelie has made a short film. While Tilly is doing a fact file on four bridges on the Thames. We left it all quite late so yesterday was spent cramming in research (not easy with a 7 year old) but actually learnt quite a lot. Did you know that Westminster bridge is painted green to match the seats of the house of commons, while Lambeth bridge is painted red to match the seats of the house of lords. Random london fact for today, maybe I will make that a daily feature haha.
Work is steadily ticking over. Getting daily inquiries and bookings which is fantastic. Going to photograph a first birthday party on saturday in Canary Wharf. Just need to keep on snapping and getting my work out there but I think some good times are ahead of me :)
Oh and going back to Devon next weekend to see my long neglected family and friends and I can not wait.
Ciao for now.
